No climbing on the roof, no storage on the roof, SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED, AWNINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE towing with permission only. Smoking, including marijuana, is NOT ALLOWED in any RV - the minimum charge for cleaning smoke damage is $250. Return in the same condition as received, otherwise cleaning charges at $45/hr may apply.
Pick up and Returns
Pickup Time: All rentals are expected to be picked up at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your pickup time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Pickup: If you are late by 30 minutes or more, a late fee will be charged. The fee will be $45 per hour or part thereof.
Closed Days: If you need to drop off or pick up your rental on a day when we are closed, an additional fee will be charged.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your rental pickup time due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to provide a rental on a different date or time, depending on availability.
No Show: If you fail to pick up your rental at the scheduled time and do not contact us to reschedule, your rental will be considered a "no show." In such cases, you will be charged the full rental fee.
Payment: All late fees and closed-day fees must be paid at the time of rental pickup. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. By renting from Durango RV Rentals LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions stated above.
NOTE: Weekend pick up and drop offs are by appointment only prior to reservation appointment. There is a 30 min grace period before and after your set appointment time. After 30 min there's an additional late fee of $45 that will be applied to your reservation. Sunday pickups are subject to an off hours $120 pick up fee that WILL BE APPLIED to the reservation.
Your initial deposit is applied to your total reservation cost. You are welcome to pay the remaining balance at any time. Otherwise, the final amount will be collected 7 days prior to pick up. Additionally, a $1000 security deposit will be held the day before departure. The hold will be taken off your bank account one week after your return date.
Pick-up times are from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and are returned at the same time. If you would like to shift your current pick-up/drop-off time, please email or call us at 970-426-1720. We assign pick-up times to serve you, so the process goes smoothly. Expect at least 1 hour to do a walk-through of your unit and finish signing contracts. Look for RV instructional videos coming in a future email to help expedite the checkout process.
Cancelation up to 21 days before rental: Full refund of reservation deposit collected minus $50 processing fee.
Cancelation 14 - 21 days before departure: A 50% refund of the reservation deposit (minus $50 processing fee) will be forfeited.
Cancelation 14 days prior to departure: NO REFUND
If you must change or cancel your reservation due to a medical emergency, please contact us at 970-426-1720 immediately to see if we can accommodate you. A doctor’s note may be required.
Please let us know if you're going to be traveling with pets. Additional fees apply - $50/dog per trip
If you need additional supplies, such as bedding, kitchen sets, or other available equipment, please let us know when booking your reservation.
